It’s early in the baseball season but Corry registered a crucial win over visiting Fort LeBoeuf on Thursday, needing nine innings to subdue the Bison, 2-1, at The Ballpark At Columbus.

CAHS starter Aaron Cressley, who earlier made a verbal commitment to attend Pitt-Bradford in the fall, had nine strikeouts in three innings. But his lone walk — to leadoff batter Nick VanDamia — scored when a hard shot went through shortstop Cory Owens.
