MAYVILLE, N.Y. — Chautauqua Lake scored on its first play from scrimmage Friday night and wound up with a decisive win over visiting Clymer, 30-6.

Chris Sampson caught a 33-yard screen pass to open the scoring for the 4-0 Thunderbirds.
