Former Edinboro University standout quarterback Trevor Harris threw for two touchdowns and ran for another Thursday night to lead the Edmonton Eskimos to a 33-6 road rout of the B.C. Lions in a Canadian Football League game.

Harris completed 22 of his 28 passes for 276 yards and two TDs.

Harris reportedly left the game late in the first half after taking a hit to the right knee. However, he returned for the third quarter and promptly threw a 77-yard TD pass on the second play to expand Edmonton’s lead to 23-3.

Harris also rushed six times for 9 yards, including a 1-yard QB sneak for a touchdown.

Edmonton is now 3-1 and in second place in the West Division.

Harris leads the CFL with 1,362 yards passing in four games.
