Seven different players scored for the Corry JV boys soccer team yesterday in an 8-1 win over Oil City at Sheen Field.
Jamie McClelland scored twice while getting one goal were Brandon Dreese, Tyler McClelland, Shawn Wiler, Matt Anderson, Andy Hajec and Ryan Walsh.
Corry held a 5-0 lead at the half with Tyler Rash in the net. Walsh went in goal for most of the second half without giving up a goal. Ryan Czech finished up with the Oilers scoring on a direct kick.
Recording assists for the Little Beavers were: Andy Czech, Dreese, Hajec and Ryan Czech. Leading the improving defense were Todd Knapp, Harlay Jaggi, Anderson, Andy Czech, Dylan Savko, Andrew Carpenter, Alex Miller and Ryan Bell. Also contributing on offense were Joey Cambra and Jamie Tomcho.
Corry outshot OC 15-5.
