NORTH EAST — The Beavers fell to the Grapepickers 17-0 in boys soccer on Thursday night.

"North East never let up and continued to press the attack throughout the entire match," head coach Jordan Schrecengost said. "Since the match was out of reach early on, I used the opportunity to give our reserves a lot of playing time.

"Ethan Hartman was a standout on defense, stopping numerous attacks and playing a very physical game," he continued. "Jake White played three different positions, including goalie in the second half, and his versatility is impressive."

The Beavers' final home game has been pushed back a day due to a shortage of officials. Corry will now host Franklin on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
