GIRARD — Corry's golfers again placed sixth in a Region 5 mega match Friday at Beechwood Golf Course.

General McLane finished with a 313 total, two shots better than Fort LeBoeuf. Corry's total was 365.

Levi Berkhous has his best round with an 89. Low man was Mitchell Burrows at 87, one stroke ahead of Austin Gillihan.

Ryan Sander had a 101, Nolan Pike with 105.

McLane's Jimmy Lasher of General McLane claimed medalist honors by shooting a 1-over-par 73 while Garrett Rodgers carded a 75

LeBoeuf was led by Nick Van Damia and Grant Latsko, both with 78s.

With 77s were North East's Alex Hunter and Fairview's Robert Duran.

McLane leads the Region 5 standings with 23 points, two better than LeBoeuf. Fairview and North East have 17, Corry 10, Iroquois 5 and Girard 4.
