He fell short of another 800 series, but the Clymer prince, better known as Lant Lictus, was hot on the alleys again in John Woodard Classic League.

Monday night at Bowl-Aire Lanes, Lictus started the night with nine strikes before a split, settling for a 262 game. He followed that up with 235 and then a 268.

That added up to an impressive 765 total.

Jeff Peters found his game, too. He rolled 217, 264 and 257 for a season-high 738 series.
