ALVERTON — Corry’s Tyler Burlew (170) and Logan Munsee (120) won twice on Tuesday and were into this morning’s semifinals at the Southmoreland Holiday Wrestling Classic.

Munsee won 19-4 and 11-1, while Burlew had pins in 2:18 and 3:54.

In the semis, Munsee won 7-3 and advanced to the finals.

Burlew, the top seed, was taking the match later today.

This morning, Hunter Fink won twice by pin and Daulton Craker won a major decision 10-0 but lost 6-4 and will go for seventh place.

Joey Perry, who lost 3-2 in the quarterfinals, won 9-2 earlier today and then lost. He’ll go for seventh place.

Jack Gill (220) scored a pin and will also place.

At 195, Robby Brown lost 5-3 and was eliminated.

After the opening round, Greensburg Salem was in first place, Greenville in second. Corry was tied for 20th place.

The parade of champions is at 4 p.m. today followed by the championship finals.
