Corry’s ninth grade boys basketball team has turned the table.

After a number of close losses earlier this season, the Beaver frosh upset visiting North East winning 25-23 in overtime.

“Finally, after so close for so long, we win a real nai-lbiter,” reported coach Omar Chase. “These young men put together a fine second half. outscoring North East 16-9.

“Team defense was the key,” he claimed.

Jake Sutton had a big game scoring 10 points to go with two steals, two assists and a pair of rebounds.
