David K. Rose, 79, of Hatch Hollow, Union City, Pa., passed away on Saturday, February 27, 2010, at home with his family.
He was born October 15, 1930, on the farm in Hatch Hollow, a son of the late Kenneth and Ruth Casler Rose.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, John Henry; and a niece, Jill Kuligowski.
Survivors include his wife, Cecile Torrey Rose; his three sons, William D. Rose and his wife, Carol, David L. Rose and his wife, Diana, and Alan Rose and his wife, Sandy, all of Union City; two daughters, Linda Miller of Moyock, N.C., and Karen Keefer and her husband, Darryl, of Union City; two sisters, Carol Henry of Erie and Jane Glasgow and her husband, Edward, of Texas; and a brother, Michael Rose and his wife, Helen, of Erie. Also surviving are many grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
