Briann James Kerr, 46, of Orlando, Fla., died Sunday, Sept. 13, 2009, at his home, after a long battle with cancer.
He was born and raised in Corry, the son of the late Glenn and Gloria Eck Kerr.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Glenn Allen Kerr, in 1986; and his paternal and maternal grandparents.
Mr. Kerr is survived by his longtime companion, Charles Shevlin of Orlando, with whom he made his home.
He also is survived by three sisters, Joette Kerr and her companion, James Halfast, of Spartansburg, Sharon Upperman and her husband, Dennis, of Corry, and Cindy Dahl of Arizona; four brothers, Gerald Kerr and his wife, Debbie, of Arizona, Steven Kerr and his wife, Robin, of Corry, Bruce Kerr and his wife, Rose, of Arkansas, and Gary Kerr and his wife, Brenda, of Spartansburg; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
