Sally H. Weilacher Reynolds, 62, of Union City, passed away Friday, Feb. 19, 2021, at her residence, surrounded by her loved ones after a 16-month battle with Glioblastoma Brain Cancer. She fought until the very end with pie in one hand and ice cream in the other.
She was born on Jan. 28, 1959, in Union City, a daughter of Robert Weilacher and Maxine Donaldson Weilacher.
She married Bill L. Reynolds on Nov. 20, 1982.
She was a 1977 graduate of Seneca High School and was employed as an accounts receivable administrative assistant at Erie-Crawford Co-Op for over 17 years.
Sally was a proud marching band mom and was the ultimate fan for everyone. She will be known for her never-ending kindness, the smile that was always on her face, and that she would help anyone in need.
She enjoyed cross-stitching, riding her golf cart, baking and cooking, researching ancestry, eating ice cream (out of all the places she tried, Hank's was her favorite), but most of all she loved spending time with her family and grandchildren.
Sally is survived by her husband, Bill of Union City; two daughters, Miranda M. Reynolds and Lydia L. Reynolds both of Union City; several "adopted" daughters; several "adopted" grandchildren; a brother, Milton A. Weilacher of Wattsburg; her dog, Suzy; her cat, Pumkin; her granddog, Bandit; and her grandcat, Finley.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
A Celebration of Life picnic will be announced this coming summer.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Bill Reynolds, 42 Graves St., Union City, PA 16438.
