The North East Arts Council invites you to explore the connection between creativity and wellness with registered art therapist, Vanessa Mazza.

“Art for Wellness” will run Thursdays from September 22 – October 27 (except for October 20) from 6– 7:30 p.m. and will be held at the North East Cultural Center, 25 Vine St. upstairs. 

The cost for all five weeks is just $50 for NEAC members or $55 for non-members.

This "process-focused" class will explore the connection between creative art processes and wellness concepts such as mindfulness & awareness, mind/body connection, balance, connection to self & others, and stress reduction.

Various art materials will be used in class experientials. Products of the art-making process are not the focus of this class; no previous art experience required.
