State Rep. Curt Sonney will host a pair of senior expos in the coming weeks. Both are free and open to the public.

“A number of senior-oriented vendors and businesses will be on hand these two days to showcase their services,” said Sonney. “This is an opportunity for older Pennsylvanians, their families and caregivers to examine the various opportunities of which they can take advantage.”

The events will both take place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the following dates:

Friday, Sept. 16 – Harborcreek Social Hall, 7275 Buffalo Road, Harborcreek

Friday, Sept. 23 – Corry Community Center,  15 South First Ave., Corry

Flu and pneumonia shots will be administered at both events by the Eric Center on Health and Aging. Anyone wishing to be vaccinated should bring their insurance card, as Medicare and all other insurances will be billed for the vaccinations. Otherwise, anyone getting vaccinated will be billed at a cost of $38 for a flu shot and $80 for a pneumonia shot.
