The North East Mothers of Preschools (MOPS) will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, March 23, regarding How to Keep Your Kids Safe from 6:15-8:15 pm.

Special speakers for the evening will be Pennsylvania State Trooper Robert Brown and North East Police Officer Jay Jobczynski.  

State Trooper Robert Brown will speaking to moms about safety for themselves and their children. Topics will include preventing child abduction; the dangers of leaving children unattended, making sure children know their pertinent information, school safety, home safety, and stranger awareness. 

North East Police Officer Jay Jobczynski will speak to children about Stranger Danger and the children will create identification kits.

MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) is a program designed for mothers with children from infancy through kindergarten meet at the North East Assembly of God Church.  If you are a mom with a child in kindergarten or younger, we have a place for you!

MOPS meetings are held the second Tuesday from 9:15-11:15 a.m.; and the forth Tuesday from 6:30-8:30 p.m., from September through May. Check the website further details at www.nemops.org
