Monday, August 16 is the Collection Celebration at Heard Park, so mark your calendars to attend from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Entertainment and recognition will take center stage. All donations will be received and dedicated to the Children’s Fund that evening where you can bring the family and enjoy a BBQ provided by Three Sails Cafe, and children’s games and activities manned by the North East Cheerleaders. The BBQ Dinner will feature family friendly pricing - like a $5 Chicken Dinner, and the children’s games will offer fun for low cost tickets - 3 - $1.
Please call Rachel Ann Gollhardt at 725-8403 with questions of opportunities to host bags, there is still time. Remember, it takes a community.
