Kenneth “Ken” P. Parker, Sr., age 72, of Millcreek Twp., passed away Thursday, May 27, 2010 following a lengthy battle with cancer. He was born in Ridgway, Pa. on December 20, 1937, son of the late Donald and Mae Bell Wolford Parker.

Ken retired from Kerner’s in 1994. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping and especially enjoyed bird watching. He was an avid fan of the Oakland Raiders and Cincinnati Reds.

He was preceded in death by three brothers, Donald, Robert and Harry; one sister, Alice Vannucci; a niece and a nephew. Survivors include his loving wife of 50 years, Audrey Reszkowski Parker; two daughters, Darlene Justka (Gary) of Erie and Beverly Conn (Carl) of North East; two sons, Mark Parker (Maria) of Erie and Kenneth Parker, Jr. (Laurie) of Lake City; one brother, Ralph Parker of Texas; 12 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; five step-great-great-grandchldren; two sisters-in-law, Wanita and Catherine Parker; many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Arrangements were handled by the Dusckas Funeral Home, Inc., East, 2607 Buffalo Rd. Memorial contributions may be designated to the Family through the funeral home.
