North East Arts Council opens its fall schedule with a Watercolor Flower Workshop on Saturday, September 11 from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. 

Artist Christine French, will teach participants to paint flowers using watercolors and students will come away with a painting suitable for framing.

This fun class will be held at the NEAC Studio on the second floor of the Cultural Center at 25 Vine St. and is $25 for members and $30 for non-members. The fee covers materials, pastry and coffee; please bring a box lunch.

Students may bring their own image of flowers or one will be provided. No experience is necessary!

This class is open to teenagers, adults and senior citizens of all skill levels. Clear a space at home for your new piece of art, then contact Christine to register at 725-1857 or christinefrench@roadrunner.com
