Jamison Drab graduates from Allegheny College

North East resident Jamison Drab earned his degree from Allegheny College this spring.

Jamison Drab graduated from Allegheny College on May 16, 2010 completing a double major and receiving a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Neuroscience.  His main focus has been in the area of school psychology and he completed his senior project on “The Overview of the Field of School Psychology and It’s Practices”.

During his four years he was the recipient of the Patrick B. Miller Memorial Scholarship (1st year), the Gordon Derby Patterson Memorial Scholarship (4th year) and the Allegheny Trustee Scholarship and the Erie Scottish Rite Scholarship, receiving both all four years.

Additionally he lettered all four years in Cross Country and Indoor and Outdoor Track and earned NCAC all conference recognition three times.

Jamison will continue his studies at Indiana University of Pennsylvania this fall to complete his Master’s of Education in Educational Psychology and Post-Master’s Educational Specialist Certification in School Psychology with plans to complete his Doctorate in Education in School Psychology. He was also awarded the Erie Scottish Rite Scholarship for his graduate studies this fall.

He is the son of Dennis and Sandy Drab of North East.
