Allyson Maas, of North East, received a Bachelor of Social Work Degree from the University of Alabama during a fall 2018 commencement ceremony.  

North East resident Emily Pollack, an accounting major, earned dean’s list distinction at Saint Francis University for the fall 2018 semester. To achieve this, a minimum GPA of 3.5 must be earned on 12 or more credits during a single semester. 

Two North East students at Rochester Institute of Technology were named to the dean’s list for the fall 2018 semester. They were Benjamin Dodds, in the electrical engineering program, and Tyler Farber, in the management program. 

At Colgate University, Jacob Watts, of North East, earned the Dean’s Award for the fall 2018 semester. Watts is a biology major. 

North East resident Lauren Sherman is a student at Gettysburg College, where she earned a prestigious scholarship and fellowship opportunity. Sherman is an environmental studies major.  

Trey Tanner, of North East, graduated from Bucknell University on May 19. Tanner also earned the Wiliam H. and Carl W. Neff Prize prior to his graduation. 

At Lehigh University, North East resident Varen Lilley earned dean’s list distinction for the spring 2019 semester. 

North East resident Connor Roggie was named to the dean’s list at Grove City College for the spring 2019 semester. Roggie is a business management major. He is the son of Brent and Sherri Roggie. 

Three North East residents were named to the dean’s list at Slippery Rock University for the spring 2019 semester. They were Alex Milewski, Zachary Rogers and Cora Russell.
