Congratulations to the 156 members of Mercyhurst North East’s Class of 2019 who graduated Saturday, May 11, with degrees in programs including business administration (accounting, management, new media, sport management), computer systems support, criminal justice, health studies, hospitality management (culinary arts), liberal arts, medical lab technician, nursing, occupational therapy assistant, physical therapist assistant and respiratory therapist.

Local graduates included: Bruce Bentley, of Ripley who won the program award for business; Carlee Church, Anna-Marie Labowski, who won the Sister Catherine McAuley Award; Sarah Lindsey; Sydney Linkerhof; Jennifer Little; Lorraine Nordland; Crystal Sanden; and Jacob Seely, who won the Medal of Honor of Corry; Michael D'Angelo; Andrew Egger; and Sydney Shorts-Luke of Harborcreek. 

Also, Alyssa Johnston, who won the program award for respiratory therapy and the Sister Catherine McAuley award; Julie Johnston; Shawn McFeely; Carrie Ann Maines; Christopher Miller;  Aaron Mrozowski; Bill Schutte, who won the program award for computer systems support; and Katelyn Simmer of North East; Melissa Altadonna of Wattsburg; and Bridget Bumanlag of Union City.
