U.S. Rep Brian Higgins, a Democrat who represents New York state’s 27th District that includes Chautauqua County, visited Clymer Center School Wednesday to address seventh- through 12th-graders. Higgins, who has served in the U.S. House since January 2005, spoke to students about foreign affairs and what it’s like to be a U.S. congressman in Washington, D.C. He also answered questions from the student body.
