Space on the northwest side of the former Woolworth building, 51-53-55 N. Center St., is ready for occupancy.

If a business owner needs a place to do business, the space is available, said Rick Novotny, economic specialist for Corry.

A storefront with about 10 by 70 square feet of space inside has been completely restored and is ready for business.

The space has new painted walls, new carpeting, a new ceiling, new lighting, heat and a restroom.

Novotny is looking for an entrepreneur to start working with Amish vendors. He said the remodeled space is a great place to start coordinating sales of Amish goods.

“It’s an option,” Novotny said.

But, he said, the space could be available to other interested people.

Anyone interested should call Novotny at 664-3884.
