Taste Of Corry

About 300 people decided not to cook for themselves Thursday — and for good reason. The hungry crew attended the Corry Area Chamber of Commerce’s eighth annual Taste of the Town at the American Legion Post 365 on Sciota Road. Eleven Corry-area restaurants, candy makers and grocery stores served samples of their food. Brokenstraw provided live music for the event, and beer tasting was also on tap. Miss Corry Jennell Linden, left, gets an ox-roast sandwich from Tara Griffis, bakery manager for Sander’s Markets in Corry.
