. ROME - State police at Corry said a theft occurred as an unknown male pumped $50 worth of gas at Buells Corners Store, 44467 Buells Corners Road, at 3:37 p.m. Aug. 10. After pumping the gas, the unknown male went into the store, paid the clerk $5 and went back to his Hyundai vehicle. The male then drove away north on Route 89. Anyone with information related to this incident is asked to contact state police at 814-663-2043.


. SPARTA - State police at Corry said an unknown person unlawfully entered a Spartansburg residence on Route 77 and removed several items of value and vandalized an exterior door sometime between 7 p.m. Aug. 8 and 6 p.m. Aug. 11. The stolen items include jewelry as well as assorted U.S. currency including coins and bills. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police at 814-663-2043.
