Knights donate to Barber Center in Corry

Knights of Columbus Council 425 of the Corry Catholic Community recently donated $750 to the Corry campus of the Barber National Institute. The money was raised through a one-day collection of donations at Sander's Markets on Oct. 17 and donations by parishioners of St. Thomas Catholic Church. The local Knights have been raising money for the Barber National Institute for at least 20 years and have given close to $20,000 over the years through this fundraiser. From left are Deputy Grand Knight Ed Bogert, campaign Chairman Bill Barney and Corry Area Service Manager of the Barber National Institute Sasha Bush.
