Athletic director honored by national organization

Bill West

Bill West has been the athletic director for the Corry Area School District for nine years, and the work he has done in that time is virtually immeasurable. West got some tangible proof recently that his work does not go unnoticed, however.

The National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association recently announced that West has been recognized by the organization as a Certified Master Athletic Administrator.

“It took a lot of hard work and effort, but it was more than worth it,” West said about the honor. “It’s something that I am very proud of.”
