WAYNE — State police at Corry said a traffic stop was initiated at North Main Street on Nov. 25 at 10:02 p.m. A 1995 Chevrolet Camaro was stopped and the driver was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance. The driver, a 33-year-old male of Union City, and front seat passenger, a 24-year-old female of Cambridge Springs, were both arrested for drug paraphernalia and suspected methamphetamine. Charges will be filed through District Judge Denise Buell's office. State police did not release names.
