It’s time to “spring forward.” Daylight-saving time begins Sunday at 2 a.m., so make sure you set your clocks ahead one hour before going to sleep Saturday. Federal law specifies that daylight-saving time goes into effect on the second Sunday in March and ends on the first Sunday in November. Reminding you to “spring forward” are Corry Area Primary School first-graders Marcus Meredith, left, and Evelyn Beckman.
