Corry City Police are asking anyone who witnessed a two-vehicle crash Tuesday afternoon at Columbus Avenue and North Center Street to call them with information.
No injuries were reported in the crash, which occurred at 1:05 p.m.
City police reported Betsy Adamaszek, 33, of 15 E. Frederick St., Corry, was southbound on North Center Street, approaching the intersection of Columbus Avenue, when her 2006 Buick Lucerne collided into the passenger side of a 2005 Dodge Ram 2500 pickup truck.
The truck was driven by David Craig, 65, of 37 Market St., Corry, who was eastbound on Columbus Avenue. Craig was driving through the intersection with North Center Street when his truck was struck.
Adamaszek’s car came to rest facing eastbound in the intersection. Craig’s truck came to rest on the sidewalk in front of Kwik Fill Red Apple, 10 E. Columbus Ave. The truck ended up facing east against a pole.
Adamaszek’s car sustained severe front-end damage. Craig’s truck also sustained severe damage, police reported. Both vehicles had to be towed from the scene.
The crash also resulted in damage to Kwik Fill Red Apple property.
Charges are pending upon completion of the investigation, police reported. Any witnesses are asked to call city police at 664-4711.
Corry Fire Department and fire police also responded.
