When it came to chronicling the lives of her classmates at Corry High School, Marie Lindstrom rose to the head of the class.

Over the course of the years, Lindstrom — the former Marie Doud Anderson — had carefully filled six large photo albums with newspaper clippings and other information about her peers from her beloved class of 1943.

Lindstrom, who moved from the Corry area to Sun City Hilton Head, S.C., in 2002 with her husband, Bob, often came back to visit. But, sadly, Lindstrom died in February at the age of 86.

Lindstrom’s historical records of the class of 1943 and other Corry subjects won’t be relegated to an attic somewhere.
