Disabling damage

Corry City Police responded to a two-vehicle accident near 25 W. Columbus Ave., at 2:15 p.m. Feb. 19. Upon arrival, a 2019 Kia Soul was found to have suffered disabling damage requiring towing. Accident investigation revealed the Kia, driven by Bradley Peters, 22, of Waterford, had been following too close to a 2000 Ford F-350 with an Aluma flatbed, driven by Nathaniel Madison, 27, of Corry, and rear-ended the Ford. The Ford was able to be driven from the scene. Peters is to be cited for careless driving. Teresa Nichols, 23, was a passenger in the Kia. Shelby Madison, 26; a 4-year-old female; a 3-year-old female; and a 3-year-old male were passengers in the Ford.
