The Corry Area School Board approved the sale of a small piece of property on East Street and OK’d other business items during the board’s recent meeting.

The board approved the sale of the vacant residential lot at 600 East St. to Neil and Kathleen Ross.

The 44-by-135-foot lot is adjacent to the Ross’ property at 606 East St.

The Rosses bought the property for $250. The property had been listed on the Erie County Tax Claim Bureau Repository.

The taxable value of the property is $500, according to county records.
