 Corry City Police

 

. Corry City Police said Blair Daniels, 30, of Jamestown, New York, walked out of Walmart, 961 E. Columbus Ave., Corry, pushing a Hurry push mower without paying full retail value for the mower at 6:50 p.m. Aug. 20. Daniels was charged via summons for retail theft and will answer to the charge before District Judge Denise Buell at a later date. 

 

. Corry City Police responded to Walmart, 961 E. Columbus Ave., Corry, for a report of Jessica Grygier, 38, of North East, shoplifting at 10:19 p.m. Aug. 31. Once on location, officers found that Grygier was caught under-ringing various items in the amount of $25.60. She was arrested for retail theft and was transported to the police station where she was processed and released. Grygier was charged with one count of summary retail theft and will answer to the charge before District Judge Denise Buell at a later date. 

 

. Laura Fay, 35, of Corry, was charged with a confinement of dogs violation after her dog was found wandering in the area of East Pleasant Street and Williams Street at 12:29 p.m. Aug. 26. She will answer to the charge before District Judge Denise Buell at a later date. 

 

. Corry City Police charged Beria L. Price, 37, of Corry, for retail theft following an investigation at Walmart, 961 E. Columbus Ave., Corry, at 6:57 p.m. Aug. 18. Price will answer to the charge before District Judge Denise Buell at a later date. 

 

Pennsylvania State Police

 

. WATTBURG - State police at Corry said a theft of services incident occurred as two unknown people were picked up in a Corry Cab from Country Fair in Corry and taken to an address in the borough of Wattsburg where they left the cab and never returned to pay the fare. Anyone with information is asked to call state police at 814-663-2043. 

 

. WAYNE - State police at Corry said an unknown person impersonating a Union City man's supervisor contacted the victim and requested he purchase three Walmart gift cards valued at $200 each. Police said the victim purchased the cards, sent a picture message of the cards to the impersonator who then spent the money on the cards before the victim realized it was not his supervisor. The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to call state police at 814-663-2043.
