As soon as you get out of your vehicle in the parking lot of the American Legion Elmer C. Carrier Post 365, you can smell the aroma of whatever tasty dish is being cooked up in the kitchen.

And that aroma is a result of Patty Foreman’s cooking skills. Foreman, the kitchen manager at the American Legion, 1460 Sciota Road, loves to prepare customers’ favorite foods, like chicken wings (you pick the flavor), prime rib, fish, liver and onions, and crab cakes.
