CLYMER, N.Y. — An expert weighed in Monday on Clymer Central School's proposed $704,000 renovation and improvement project.

By utilizing leftover state aid and funds from a 2007-08 project, in addition to new state aid, board members are being told the Phase V plan can be completed without any impact on the taxpayers.
