Corry City Police

 

• Corry City Police arrested Seth E. Shreve, 39, of Corry, for simple assault and harassment following a physical domestic complaint at 40 W. Smith St., Corry, at 2:35 a.m. June 10. Shreve was transported to the police station where he was placed in a cell to sober up before his arraignment in front of District Judge Denise Buell. Shreve was released on $15,000 unsecured bond. 

 

 

Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement

 

• ERIE COUNTY — BLCE officers assigned to the Erie district office supervised an underage buyer to conduct Age Compliance Checks in Erie County from noon to 8 p.m. on May 29. Seven checks were conducted at establishments licensed by the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board. Five establishments were in compliance, including Corry Beverage. Two establishments outside of Corry were found to be non-compliant.  

 

• WAYNE — The BLCE issued an adjudication to Speed'eez on 6, 13230 Route 6, Corry, on April 10 for a violation that occurred on Jan. 14 when the establishment posted notices on their licensed premises which stated or indicated that their establishment was closed for a reason other than the suspension of the license. The violation was brought before an Administrative Law Judge who ordered the licensee to pay a fine of $400.
