Corry City Police 

• At 1:30 a.m. Jan. 12, officers conducted a traffic stop after observing a traffic violation. Throughout the investigation, officers were able to determine that Haighven Scouten, 21, was operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Scouten was arrested for driving under the influence, taken back to the Corry Police Department where he was processed and later released. Scouten will answer to the charge before District Judge Denise Buell. 

• At 6:03 p.m. Jan. 11, officers were serving an active warrant on Richard Livingston, 30, of Corry, when he fled on foot after being informed of his warrant. After a brief foot pursuit, Livingston resisted but was successfully subdued. He was found to be in possession of a controlled substance and charges were filed accordingly. Livingston will answer to the charges before District Judge Denise Buell.
