Corry City Police

• At 6:14 p.m. June 1, police responded to 147 Mott St. for a report of domestic disturbance. While on scene, officers identified and spoke with Jeffrey Smith, 31, of Corry. Smith was found yelling and screaming profanities in a public space and refused to cease. Smith was cited for disorderly conduct for his actions and will consequently have to answer to the charge at a later date and time in front of District Judge Denise Buell.
