A call is going out to all Corry area choirs and singers who would like to be part of the annual Community Christmas Music Festival.

The event will be held Sunday, Dec. 4 at 3 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church, 650 Worth St., Corry.

This year’s theme is “Good Christian Friends, Rejoice.”

Singers are needed for the Festival Choir, which is made up of grades nine through adult; and for the Young Singers Chorus, which is made up of grades one through eight.

Dody Kerstetter will direct the Festival Choir and Milly Keeler will direct the Young Singers Chorus.

Rehearsals will be held on Sundays, Nov. 6, 13, 20 and 27.

Young Singers Chorus will practice from 2 to 2:45 p.m. each of those days, and the Festival Choir will rehearse from 2:30 to 4 p.m.

On Saturday, Dec. 3, there will be practice from 1 to 2 p.m. for the Young Singers Chorus, and from 1 to 3 p.m. for the Festival Choir.

All rehearsals will be at the First United Methodist Church.
