Jacob Blake

Corry Area High School senior Jacob Blake was recently honored as May Boy of the Month by members of the Corry Rotary Club.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the Corry Rotary Club suspended in-person meetings where Boy of the Month recipients were invited to be recognized. The club recently began meeting again to honor the recipients.

Blake graduated with a 3.95 GPA and earned honor roll recognition.

While in high school, he participated in soccer, cross-country, soccer and TEAMS.

His future plans include attending Penn State Behrend to major in pharmacy. After finishing college, he wants to travel around the United States and the world.

Blake has been involved in several community projects, including letters to Santa, blood drive, veterans breakfast and food drive.

His hobbies include soccer, video games, snowboarding, skiing and hanging out with friends.

Blake is employed at Peek 'n Peak's Mountain Adventures.

He is the son of Roger Blake and Jodi Parker.
