Editor's note: The following are retail food inspection reports obtained by the Erie County Health Department, which releases reports every week. Violations fall under one of two classifications, either a "risk factor" for food borne illnesses, or under "good retail practices," which are more preventive measures. The Health Department rates facilities inspected as being either in compliance or out of compliance.

• Little Caesar's Pizza, 117 W. Smith St., Corry.

• Evangelical United Methodist Church, 921 Center St., Corry.

• Willa's Pizzeria, 130 N. Center St. Corry. Time/temperature control for safety food was not held cold at 41 degrees F or below — Two items were found in the back of storage area out of temperature and both items were discarded at the time of inspection. Also corrected at time of inspection, concentration of chlorine level used on food-contact surfaces was high. This was discussed and adjusted. Floor in kitchen area is missing a floor tile, to be repaired in 14 days.
