Corry Area High School senior Matthew Kellogg was recently chosen as September Boy of the Month by the Corry Rotary Club.

Kellogg, who carries a grade point average of 101.25 plans to attend Duquesne University upon his high school graduation, where he will major in pharmacy.

His activities include varsity golf, tennis and basketball, PALS mentor program, History Club, National Honor Society and student ambassador.

His awards and recognitions include being named to the advanced honor roll, the U.S. Achievement Academy Who’s Who in mathematics, and the U.S. Achievement Academy Who’s Who Among All-American Scholars.

Kellogg is involved in various projects through History Club and National Honor Society.

He is also a volunteer elementary girls assistant basketball coach.

Kellogg is employed at the Corry Country Club as a pro shop assistant.

His hobbies include golf, basketball, tennis, weight lifting and hunting.

Kellogg’s life goals include being successful in college and life.

He is the son of Bradley Kellogg and Sheridan Williams.
