Corry Area High School senior Lindsay Zajac was recently chosen as the March Girl of the Month.

During college, Zajac hopes to continue following her interests and passions.
She would like to continue being in musical productions and singing with a choir.
After college, she hopes to work on conservation and rehabilitation.
In high school, Zajac is a member of the National Honor Society and is a Student Mentor. She has also taken part in academic competitions, such as the TEAMS Competition and Battle of the Books.
Zajac played varsity softball in ninth and 10th grade and was on varsity soccer in 10th and 11th grade.
She has participated in spring musicals and have been in Corry’s Honors Choir since ninth grade.
Both last year and this year, she has gone to district choir and placed in the
top half. Outside of school, Zajaccompetes with M&M Equestrian in the Youth Equestrian Development Association. She is also a member of Venango County’s 4-H Ruff Riders. Zajac hopes to continue her equestrian career throughout thesummer with reining and showing at fairs, and in college.
Zajac serves as a student leader at the First United Methodist Church of Corry since her freshman year of high school.
She is the daughter of Gary Zajac and Susan Crawford. She has two siblings, Brittany, 24, and Garrett, 23, both graduates of Corry.
