• Corry Kids Wrestling will host an annual gun raffle and turkey party at the Corry VFW. Tickets are $10 each or three for $20. Presale ticket holders may come early at 6 p.m. Tickets available at 6:45 p.m. at the door. The party starts at 7 p.m.
October 3
• The Corry Trap Shooting Club will host a benefit breakfast buffet from 8 to 11 a.m. at the VFW on Mead Avenue.
• The Evangelical United Methodist Church of Corry’s 47th annual missions conference begins and continues through Oct. 10.
• The Corry Rod and Gun Club will host a Field Day from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., including trap games, regular trap, new Dryfire system, a handgun demonstration and prize drawings.

• The Corry Area Arts Council board of directors meets at noon in the public meeting room at Corry Memorial Hospital.

• A community dinner will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Corry Salvation Army. Cost is $1 per plate. There will also be a Chinese auction, flea market, clothing sale and door prizes.

• Spring Creek Township supervisors meet at 7 p.m. at the municipal building.
• There will be a Corry Community Foundation board meeting at 8 a.m. at the Corry Industrial Center.
