Did you notice that former Corry Beavers head football coach Homer DeLattre had his team, Hollidaysburg, playing the DuBois Beavers last night?
Ron Walters was at Corry's home volleyball match the other night and told me how lucky he felt to meet Bruce Smith and Darryl Talley, among other former Buffalo Bills. He got autographed stuff from quarterback Josh Allen. He's at the Penn State game tonight, but will miss the Bills game tomorrow. He's headed to Corning to see his grandson play quarterback for his high school team.
Great to see my uncle Willard and aunt Alice here at The Journal. They were picking up a newspaper of their grandson, Shawn, who was featured on the front page. Willard was impressed with the leaves turning colors on Friday morning.
